If you’re having trouble accessing the login screen in the QBank Office 365 Connector, it’s likely due to a caching issue. Clearing the cache usually resolves this and allows the connector to reload properly.
Below are the steps for both Windows and Mac users.
Windows: Clear cache and restart the connector

Right-click inside the connector window and select Inspect (or Granska)
– Alternatively, click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and choose View source -
In the developer panel, go to the Application tab

Under Local Storage, select the item starting with
https://office-connector...

Right-click and choose Clear

Close the Inspect window

Close the connector window

Reopen the connector from Word or PowerPoint
Mac: Clear web cache and restart the connector

Click the menu in the top-right corner of the connector window

Select Clear Web Cache

Close the connector window

Reopen the connector from Word or PowerPoint
