Consent Management

Import consent persons from CSV: Create consent persons in bulk from a CSV file. You get a preview of what will be created or skipped before anything is saved.
Create consent persons from users: Create consent persons for all users that match a user type and group, in one action.
Consent person on user creation: Optionally create a consent person when you create a user, or automatically on an SSO user's first login.

Metadata & Data Mapping

Write a fixed value with data mapping rules: Embedded data mapping rules can now write a fixed value of your choice to the target property instead of copying the source metadata value. You could, for example, mark every asset with a valid C2PA status.

Video

Subtitles in embedded videos: Choose which subtitle languages to include when you embed a video, and set the default one. You can also upload subtitles directly from the embed dialog.

Search & Navigation

Search result highlighting in list view: Highlighter colours now also show in list view, not only in grid view.

Natural language search in API v2: The API v2 asset search now accepts natural language queries together with regular filters. Available for customers with AI search enabled.

User Administration

Email when a user account expires: Users can now get an email on the day their account expires, so they know why they can no longer log in. This is optional and off by default.

Image Templates - QBD-1814: Fixed an issue where the Image tool ignored conditional watermarking on templates
Localization - QBD-1613: Fixed an issue where form validation messages were in English in the Swedish interface
Export - QBD-1810: Fixed an issue where CSV export data landed in the wrong columns
AI - QBD-1813: Fixed an issue where New AI suggestion did not work on lists and dropdowns
API - QBD-1928: Fixed an issue where filtering on "Has value" made asset search fail

This release makes it easier to bring people into Consent management in bulk, adds subtitles to embedded videos and natural language search in API v2, and fixes 11 issues.
