Branded Portals. New product introduction
Towards the end of 2025, we introduced our newest product, Branded Portals. In this release, we continue to build and refine the product to help brands distribute content in a more controlled, on-brand, and scalable way.
Highlights:
- Less dependent on us – changes to layout, structure, and branding no longer require QBank involvement for every adjustment.
- Easier to grow over time – adding portals, users, or new use cases is simpler and doesn’t force a rebuild.
- A modern foundation – built to replace legacy constraints and support future needs without workarounds.
Connectors
We’ve continued to invest in our connectors to ensure smoother integrations and improved performance across external systems. This release includes updates to existing connectors, as well as new functionality designed to improve usability and flexibility.

Highlights:
- Consent preview indicators now switch color based on status, making it easier to identify approved, pending, or rejected consents directly from the preview image.
- It is now possible to edit the reject consent message text.
- Support for the variable consent requester email has been added, which inserts the email address of the requesting user.
Generic issues reported by customers fixed in this release
In addition to new features and improvements, we’ve resolved several reported issues to improve stability and day-to-day usability in QBank.
- QD-6861: Added support for configuring how embedded metadata is written during image import.
