1. Office Connector – Empowering Collaboration With QBank
A smoother way to work with media in Office
The QBank Office Connector integrates QBank’s digital asset library directly into Microsoft Office applications — Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Users can browse, search, and insert approved images, logos, and documents from QBank without leaving their Office application, eliminating the need to download, re-upload, or manage files from local folders.
Everyday challenges it helps overcome
For many organizations, Office tools are the backbone of daily work — presentations, reports, and emails are created every day. Without a direct link to QBank, assets often get stored in multiple versions across desktops and shared drives. The connector ensures that everyone works with the same brand-approved visuals, saving time and reducing unnecessary duplication.
The value it brings to teams
- Direct access – Brand assets and images are just a click away inside Office.
- Consistency guaranteed – Teams always use the right logos, templates, and product visuals.
- Less file handling – No downloading, renaming, or version confusion.
- Faster delivery – Presentations and documents come together quickly with ready-to-use content.
How it works
System requirements: The Office Connector is compatible with Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook). A QBank account with the Office Connector licence enabled is required. Contact your QBank administrator for installation access.
Once installed, the connector adds a QBank panel inside Office applications. Users log in with their QBank credentials, browse or search for assets, and insert them directly where needed. The connector communicates with QBank’s API to ensure that metadata, version history, and access permissions are respected.Concrete ways teams use it
- Sales teams can build client presentations with up-to-date product visuals and case studies, without requesting files from marketing.
- Marketing departments can ensure every PowerPoint presentation uses the correct logos, fonts, and campaign images.
- Internal communications teams can enrich newsletters and reports in Word with approved images from QBank, keeping communications on-brand.
- Executives and managers preparing reports can quickly access the right infographics or charts from QBank without switching systems.
