How to set access to folders
When creating folders they are by default only visible for the owner. You need to sett access for groups and/or users to make them available for others.
How to set access for a folder:
- Right click on a folder and choose Edit folder
- Click on the Access tab
- Give different users or groups different kinds of access to the folder
- You can choose to give the same access to a subfolder. Then you click the box "Include Subfolders"
- Click on the save or save & close button
