How to set access to folders

When creating folders they are by default only visible to users within the same group(s) as the owner. You need to set access for groups and/or users to make them available for others.

How to set access for a folder:

  1. Right click on a folder and choose Edit folder
  2. Click on the Access tab
  3. Give different users or groups different kinds of access to the folder
  4. You can choose to give the same access to a subfolder. Then you click the box "Include Subfolders"
  5. Click on the save or save & close button
