How to duplicate a folder structure (including Sub-folders) in QBank

Duplicating an existing folder structure, including all its subfolders, can save you time and effort when you need to replicate an organized set of folders. This guide explains the steps to achieve this.

Duplicating a folder structure is a straightforward process that ensures all subfolders are replicated along with the main folder. Follow the steps below to complete this task.

Step-by-Step instructions

1. Select the folder:

   • Navigate to the folder you wish to duplicate in your list of folders in your QBank.

2. Right-Click on the folder:

   • Right-click on the folder you want to duplicate to open the menu.
     
     

3. Choose "Duplicate":

   • From the menu, select  "Duplicate."

4. Confirm the action:

   • The system will ask you if you would like to duplicate the folder alongside it´s subfolders, confirm your choice
     
     

5. Rename the folder to fit your new purpose

   • Once the duplication is complete, rename the folder to avoid any confusion. To Rename the folder, Right-Click again on the new folder and select "Rename"
