How does the Email function inside QBank work?

There is an option of sending assets via QBank, good to have in mind that this is a function working best for those with access to QBank as they get a link to the asset within QBank.

You can send individual or groups of assets to any user of QBank directly by email. Simply select one or several assets and select "E-mail" under the "More" menu item.

Start typing the name or e-mail address of the recipient in the To: input box and the system will automatically suggest names. You may remove any of the files under the attachments if you change your mind on what to send. To personalize the message, fill out a subject and message body, and hit the blue Send button to finish.

If you want to send assets to non-QBank users, use the moodboard functionality instead.
