      How can I reset password for others?

      For you who have administration role in QBank, you can help other users to reset their passwords.

      IMPORTANT: You need to have an administer role to reset password for users in QBank

      Follow steps to reset password for others:

      1. Login to QBank and navigate to the “Administration” field
      2. On the left tab, Accounts > Users, select the user you want to reset password by checking the box
      3. Click on the Gear icon to open a Dropdown menu, choose Apply on checked > Reset password
      4. An activation link will be sent to the user and the link is only valid for 24 hours.
