How do you choose the correct search criteria? 

Example: A search for the values ​​RED and BLUE:

Contains: (This option is only relevant for a search that can be seen as a whole, such as a link or a description text. The search generates no tag.) You get hits on what you searched for, even in the field contains more information as well. Searching on the text "www.RED.se" gives hits both on "www.RED.se" and "www.RED.se/mediabank".
 
Contains any: (This option is only relevant when searching for more than one value in property fields with pre-defined values.) Is: You will get hits on exactly what you entered no matter how many words. The spelling must be correct and the search is different between uppercase and lowercase. You get hits on files containing RED and BLUE, but not files that only contains RED OR BLUE (but not lowercase red or blue). 
 
Is not: You get hits on all files that does not contain exactly the information in the relevant field than the values you entered.
