Data Protection, Backup and Recovery

This article provides an overview of QBank's backup routines, data restoration process, and where to find additional information regarding incident management, service availability, and data protection.

Backup Policy

To help protect and safeguard customer data, QBank performs regular backups of legitimate Customer Data.

The following backup routines are in place:

  • Daily backups are retained for 30 days.
  • Monthly backups are retained for 3 months.

These backup procedures are intended to support data recovery if restoration of previous versions is required.

Restoring Data

If you need to restore a previous version of your data, please contact QBank Support.

Subject to the availability of the requested data within the applicable retention periods, QBank can assist with restoring data from available backups.

Please note that data restoration services may be subject to additional charges and are performed on a time and materials basis according to QBank's current price list.

Incident Management and Disaster Recovery

QBank follows established operational procedures for handling incidents and service disruptions.

Information regarding support processes, incident management, response times, and service commitments can be found in our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
