Can I move ownership of asset and folders?

You can move ownership of all assets, moodboards and folders in QBank. This is great if someone is leaving your company and you don't want to loose control of their work

Before deactivating a user from your QBank, it may be helpful to review this person's ownership of moodboards, folders or uploaded images and transfer them. 

This feature is found in the Users view in the Administration tab and it is available for QBank administrators.

Step by step guide:

1. Click on Administration tab
2. Click on Accounts and Users
3. Pick the user whose rights you would like to share 
4. Click on Tools
5. I am transferring my own rights (Annas rights) to my colleague Amanda and I can choose if I wish to give her my rights for Moodboards, Folders, Media, or all mentioned. 
6. Click on Transfer button

The user who inherits rights from another user will not lose right settings prior to this action.
