Can I export all files from QBank?

If you want to export all your assets from your QBank, you can order that export from us.

If you order the export from QBank, we will export all assets stored within QBank. We will create a publishing channel pointing to your FTP server. We will assist you with the export and verify that the export went well. 

Concerning the metadata, we create a CSV or JSON file for each assets containing metadata. 

We export all the originals in QBank, but not the published assets in other formats. 

We will export your assets to an FTP hosted by you, and we want you to provide us with below: 

• FTP Host/FTP Server
• FTP User
• FTP Password
