Backend Statistics in your QBank

Statistics can be a crucial element for keeping track of your metrics and your users. QBank offers statistics about your "backend usage", "frontend usage" and "moodboard usage".

This article covers the statistics available in the QBank backend, including backend statistics, user statistics, and group statistics. 

Backend statistics

  1. Click on the Statistics tab
  2. Click on the backend statistics

The Backend Statistics section displays the following metrics for any selected date range:

  • Logins
  • Uploads
  • Views
  • Downloads
  • Storage total
  • Deployed media
You can also view the most and least popular media, as well as files sorted by size category. 

 

IMPORTANT: You can also access Search Hits statistics, which capture the custom search terms entered by your users during free-text searches. 

 

Date period: Use the date range filter in the top-right corner to select a specific time period.

The statistics update automatically when you change the date range. 

User statistics

  1. Click on the Statistics tab
  2. Click on the backend statistics
  3. Click on Users

The Users view provides an overview of the top contributors in your organisation, including the following data per user:

  • Last login date
  • Number of logins
  • Number of uploads
  • Number of downloads
  • Number of views
  • Number of searches
 

Group statistics

  1. Click on the Statistics tab
  2. Click on the backend statistics
  3. Click on Groups

The Groups view provides an overview of your users organised by group, allowing you to compare activity and usage across different teams or access levels.
