Improvements
Data Mapping
Set fixed values in data mapping rules
Embedded data mapping rules can now write a predefined value to a target property instead of using the value from the source metadata. This also allows checkbox properties to be explicitly checked or unchecked.
Property-specific input for fixed values
When configuring a fixed value in a data mapping rule, the input now adapts to the target property's type. You can select from dropdown or list options, choose dates using a date picker, and enter numbers for number properties.
More flexible filename mapping
Filename mapping now supports a <wildcard> placeholder to match the remaining part of a filename, as well as regular expressions for individual placeholders. This makes it possible to handle a wider range of filename patterns with fewer mapping rules.
Search & Consent Management
Consent status in Search Result Highlighter
Consent status can now be used in Search Result Highlighter rules. You can highlight assets based on whether their consent is Approved, Rejected, or Pending, making consent information visible directly in the Library without opening each asset.
Image Tools
Percentage-based watermark sizing
Watermarks can now be sized as a percentage of the image in the Image Tool watermark editor. This helps maintain consistent proportions across images of different sizes. Existing watermarks retain their fixed pixel sizes.
Moodboards
Uploads restricted for inactive owners
Visitors can no longer upload files to moodboards whose owner's account has been deleted or expired. They will see a message asking them to contact the person who shared the moodboard. Viewing and downloading content remain available as before.
API
Related assets in API v2 responses
API v2 asset responses can now expand media picker properties to include full asset objects for the selected assets. This makes it easier to retrieve and display related files, including their downloadable content, without making additional requests for each asset.
Bug Fixes
Alongside these improvements, we’ve resolved several reported issues across QBank.
Welcome Messages
- Fixed an issue where the Close button and the Don't show me this again checkbox could appear below the visible screen when a welcome message was long.
Asset Management
- Fixed an issue where merging two assets could send the resulting asset to the trash instead of leaving one merged asset.
Administration & Account History
- Fixed an issue where group changes in a user's Account history were displayed twice with the incorrect text "Array, Array".
Publishing
- Fixed an issue where the Add button in the site picker for the Published to filter did not respond when clicked.
Tags
- Fixed an issue where long tag names in a property's Tags list could overflow into the Occurrences column.
